I’ve always believed in the power of rigorous evaluation and a deep understanding of context to spark sustainable growth. Over the last 20+ years, I’ve partnered with organizations like NEOM, USAID, DFID, the EU, and the UN—translating knowledge and data into strategic actions that optimize performance and amplify impact.

With an ongoing Doctor of Philosophy (Business) and a Master of Evaluation from Saarland University, Germany, I’ve built my career around evidence-based solutions. I also hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Health Systems Management from the University of Liverpool, UK, a Master of Public Administration, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies—not to mention certifications from ITCILO that keep me at the forefront of global best practices. My approach is grounded in transparency, collaboration, and a relentless drive to see projects succeed. Beyond my professional pursuits, I’m equally committed to nurturing the next generation of leaders through mentorship and capacity-building programs.
